Good morning, MTs. Hope you're having a good weekend. Sorry for the paltry post, but Sunday has been one of those days. Good, but, well. Not that I'm complaining - I had my first child-free shopping expedition since before Lily was born. We're going to a wedding next Saturday and I needed a new dress. Got a good one - I feel very Pepper Potts in it, and I think I look smashing. Plus got one of my good girlfriends to come with me and we had a great old natter and catch-up. DH had the kids, all good. Then, when I got home, I took Jess straight to a birthday party. Again, really lovely. Nice, low-key, kids-running-around-and-playing backyard sort of party, and good parents to chat with. Then the enevitable sugar crash-and-burn that makes the nighttime routine all that more special!

Anyway, a good Sunday, if much. How about you?

Happy Monday, MTs. Please forgive me this paltry post. It's all happening down here - Lily got her six month(!!) immunizations and is teething, so she's a grizzly cub today. I've been commissioned for some good, interesting stories - including a column in a weekly financial pub out of London! The floor's a mess, there are three loads  of laundry to hang and fold, and well, it's Monday!
