It's not a huge issue, but since it's his mom (my MIL) and he's just resigned to the idea that this is the way she is because it's who she is and she's too old to change.
Life had been difficult for her lately. The economy is scary, she is getting older and most importantly, she lost her husband of over 55 years to heart disease last year. She is not just scared, she is grieving.
She always worried about everything and now she worries even more This Sunday, we all got together and as I was bringing things out to the car in preparation for departure, she said some things that concerned me. Follow me below the fold, I will keep it short

I want to thank you all again for your candid comments on my Late-Night Liberty: When I Lost It post. Some made me laugh, and still some made me green with envy. You know who you are...
Now to a few stories that caught my eye:
My heart goes out to the Korean immigrant, Dong Yun Yoon, who lost his entire family when a military jet crashed into his house. He lost his wife, two young daughters, one aged 15 months, the other aged 2 months, and mother-in-law in the accident.
Apparently, money inspires people to lose weight. A study, which involved 57 obese adults, found that those given financial incentives lost about three times as much weight as those who didn't receive a financial incentive. What do you think? Would money make a difference?
Actor, Mark Ruffalo's brother, Scott (a hairdresser) died today after being shot in the head. It was reported that the shooting was accidental, and apparently self-inflicted.
According to People Magazine, T.R. Knight, who plays George O'Malley on Grey's Anatomy wants out. According to a "source", Knight wants to leave because he hasn't received much screen time this season, and it "just feelts like this is the right time to go.”
Any interesting stories catch your eye? What else is going on?
