I just returned from having my annual mammogram, and while I loathe getting it done, I prefer that to the alternative, which is being passive instead of proactive when it comes to my health and wellbeing.

So far, so good. I have once again been given the clean bill of health, with a reminder to keep on eye on the mass that persists on my right breast. I wish the mass would just disappear. I don't ask for much, do I?
