This is a fun thread. I think I have to pull out Ground Hog Day tonight! -Elisa


I'm so damned depressed and stressed and willing to go and find something high to jump off.  So, in order to avoid that and the mess that would occur I have decided to have a Feel Good Movie Festival.  Not necessarily comedies but movies that leave you feeling great afterwards.  

I'll start after my big certification thingy tomorrow (and try to work it around the birthday party #2 is going to and the cookie selling thing that #1 has to do and #3's addiction to Lego Star Wars on the Game Boy...)and go till I feel better about things.

Your assignment (should you choose to accept it) is to suggest movies.  

Go now and bring me your favourite "Feel Good" movies.

Update:  Very well done!  Plenty of good choices there and lots of beautiful English men... My sister suggested the Milagro Beanfield War as well so I'll throw that one out.  

Aaaaaaand my certification thingy went well - so well in fact that I'm feeling right cocky about it and that I may volunteer for extra stuff since the only negative comment my boss said was "What were you worried about?...that was great!"   Yay me.
