It occured to me tonight as I was opening a can of Campbell's Cream of (probably) Brocolli soup and burning some bacon and wrecking some grilled cheese sandwiches that I am the worst cook in the world.   I don't even have an excuse for it.  I am a stay at home mom so I'm not rushing home and trying to hit the grocery store on my way home from work or anything.  I could take my toddler and live at the effing grocery store if I wanted.  I could spend tons of time looking at cool recipes and finding new and interesting ways to satisfy my family's mealtime needs.   I could meal plan.  I could do the big batch and freeze method. I could wig out on every recipe in every cookbook on the planet. But I don't.
