Linda Perry is a rock and roll queen. You absolutely must hear her savage song, Mighty Lady, over at YouTube. Get ready, because there's nothing glitzy about Linda. She just blasts out the music, much like Janis Joplin. You might remember Linda Perry better as one of the 4 non blondes. They did the hit song What's Up?

Just as background, I got to Perry's videos by surfing for Britney Spears' big comeback performance this week, which led me to Pink via this Pepsi commercial. And that led me to Perry because Pink did a wonderful cover of What's Up. Both Perry and Pink did really great songs called Dear Mr. President, too. Both are very different but both are very good. Go over to YouTube to see all these tremendous women with power voices.

I have been hearing it on the radio, Indigo Girls sing backup. Powerful lyrics, gives me chills every time I hear it. I will have to listen to Linda's too.

Linda produced Pink's album "Mizundastood," which I loved from beginning to end.
