I wanted to do a proper introduction because it seemed rude to just jump in (okay, so I already jumped in but it was nagging at me).  

I am a short, fat, Canadian mother of three currently living in Central Texas and about to move to Upstate New York.  

I found this site off of the like on Daily Kos and I'm thrilled that such a place exists.  It looks wonderful and I'm really looking forward to seeing it grow.
