    Heck the other day Liza and I were in HEAVY negotiation about some clothing choices and she was being a royal PITA and a man stopped and said "9? 10? 11?"  I said "9"  he said "I thought so..man they can drive you nuts at that age can't they?"  

    it made me feel INSTANTLY better

      with a teenage daughter still appreciates a man who said of her tantruming toddler "even when she's crying she's pretty."

      I always remember that and try to compliment the child of a struggling parent.
