hospital wouldn't do it. Luckily for me,and my DH,who would be having a vasectomy before I would willingly sign up for another surgery,mine is on board. This will be my second 2 for 1 birth experience , the last one was a c/s with a tumor removal and ooectomy(obviously only one ovary was removed :)) on the side. Guess,I won't be getting the coveted c/s/tummy tuck combo but a new baby and no more birth control worries are a happy enough outcome.
