you take a body brush (all natural vegetable bristles) and brush your skin, very lightly. You are supposed to brush in upward motions. It encourages new skin growth and tightening. It also feels really good on itchy, stretchy preggo bellies.
My stretch marks faded very quickly after I had my first kid and I wasn't even that diligent about it. I know a lady who had (sp?) PUPPS style stretch marks (break open and bleed) and hers are just faint lines now. Apparently its a big thing in Europe. I heard about it on an exercise website and I thought, "I'll try anything".

sounds interesting! I didn't get stretch marks 1st time round (knock wood) but I will tuck that info away for future use.

cocoa butter while pregnant and after, and it did help a lot. Not a lot of stretch marks, and they did fade from purple to silvery pretty quickly. Plus, that rich oil really did feel so soothing to my skin!

The combo feels super decadent actually. I just use whatever lotion I have lying around, but I have been meaning to try cocoa butter.
