i didn't drink at all when i was pregnant, though

it was explained to me that drinking while you're pregnant is so bad because the baby shares your bloodstream while you're pregnant

if you drink, there's much less alcohol in your breastmilk vs in your blood

about weaning-

when i weaned my lst one i put oversized band aids on my nipples and said they were broken

once i forgot we were weaning and i reflexively let helen try to nurse and she saw the bandaid and reminded my boobies were broken.
