I usually go to the YMCA but I'm thinking maybe a more targeted thing would be better for me.

Mother of one girl(3/98)and two boys(5/00) & (5/03) and general pain in the arse.

  especially since you can go as often as you'd like and stay as long as you want (I've found 45 min to a hour is way more helpful than 30 minutes for me).
